Over the last few months we have made several changes to our daily operations that will reduce our response time and benefit you, your tenants and employees. We track all of our employee’s locations via GPS location services. This enables us to determine which employee is closest to an area when calls come in during the day for a quicker response time. Additionally, all of our employees carry smartphones that are email and data enabled. Each employee has been given an email address so when you email a work order to bruin@bruinenterprises.com we can forward the email to the assigned employee in the field. This helps us and the assigned employee in our communication of the issue, such as where the issue is and who reported it and tracking of the costs associated with the call. Bruin Enterprises has been in business since 2001 and we have built a solid reputation and a devoted client list over this time.
