I give free estimates. I draw up a detailed contract of the work to be done that is signed and dated by the customer. I am the sole-proprietor and I do not use sub-contractors. I presently do not have any employees. According to contractor rules and regulations I require a down payment that includes the cost of materials and 10% of labor.
