All of my jobs are done under my close supervision. My work experience follows the full range of paint application including meticulous preparation of walls, faux finishing, wood staining – interior, exterior, new construction, residential and commercial work. I also have my EPA Renovator Certification. My bids are generally based on an hourly rate, and occasionally time and material. The major portion of my work is obtained through referrals and property and management companies.
