I am Tobin and I am on site and do most of the work with my two helpers (who are skilled craftsmen in their own rights!). I do use sub contractors for electrical, plumbing and flooring work who are all licensed, bonded and insured. I completely trust all of my subs as I have close relationships with all of my subs for years and the flooring contractor is actually my brother in law. I am blessed that everyone that I work with are good and trustworthy people. Payment terms are 50% down and the balance upon completion for all jobs under $12,000.00. Any jobs more than 12,000 are payable in draws. We do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover. We don't do financing.
