After an early Retirement from the printing industry, I had the opportunity to start my own small business in remodeling. Over the last four years I've also expanded into maintenance and handy-man/repairs. Depending on the size and type of job I may work alone or bring on an assistant. I will contract out to sub-contractors I have experience with or with someone the homeowner is comfortable with. I will gladly supply a list of references and prior customers. Over the years I am proud to have built a list of repeat customers. I have not advertised, as my previous customers have been my best source of referral and advertisment! I believe my customers are as individual as their jobs. Therefore, some jobs may have a price per the proposal, for projects like complete kitchens or baths.
