I have been in the painting business for 20+ years & I do all aspects of the trade. I am a independent contactor who estimates the work and does the work with my employee. I bill as: 1/3 to start job,1/3 at 50% completion depending on the size of job, rest upon completion of written contract. I also will work as sub contractor.
