This is an all Family run business. Most times the workers include Larry Lathe and his son Joe. Larry has been in the business since before 1992 when he became incorporated. Joe worked with his father till he left for the Air Force. He was away for 6 years and is now back he served the Air Force as a Sergeant.At time they will be assisted by our Son in law Bill who worked in construction all thru out school and is now a solar panel installer. Our daughter Samantha has also worked on various jobs and she like her brother grew up in the business.I too on occasion will come out for a special job. I have been married to Larry for 36 years and I have been a helper to him and my father for ever.
