We utilize reliable, honest, respectful subcontractors in all areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and flooring. Contracts are provided before work begins with detailed explanation of work/services to be provided. General billing procedure is 1/2 up front, 1/4 half way and 1/4 at end of project.
