I like to specalize in decks, But will also do a variety of carpentry work. I have 18yrs exp in construction, 12 0f them with a major home builder in st louis. I do not mark up the material cost. I estimate the material get your okay then I purchase it with your check made to 84 lumber, lowes etc. I can design your deck, I also get the permits and do all the drawings myself. If it is a job in the city I will need to get a city license, If I do not have one at that time.
