It is an owner/operator business which means that the owner works every job and is always on site to ensure the job is being performed to specifications and keeping to the timelime. Communication is key between the customer and owner. Written proposal is presented for approval and discussed to ensure the customer's expectations are met and for A&M to advise the customer of any recommendations or concerns they may have in providing the service that may have impact to meet the customer's expectations.
