We currently operate with 2 full time employees, with the option for a few part timers we bring in as needed. We do sub contract out a few aspects of our jobs, but prefer to keep the work in house. We ask for half of the estimate up front to start the job with a signed contract, a quarter at the halfway mark and the final quarter payment upon completion with a signed completion statement..Founded 2014
