I charge a 7% management fee of subs Total Bill or $40.00 minimum to schedule & manage all work on your project. Once a job price is settled on I include a ( 2 ) page contract confirming the scope of work to be done with expected payment schedule and Estimated Start & Finish dates, a deposit is required with all contracts in order to schedule a start date for your project.
