I have been around the US building homes, hospitals, and many other projects and work very hard to earn my customers repeat business. I quote work to meet the customers needs. Some clients pay a day rate and supply materials and others just want me to quote a flat rate for the job to be done (usually 1/2 up front will suffice for any project to cover materials).
