Financing available. Steve has worked in construction since 1986. He started as a laborer and mason tender and in 4 years rose to the status of carpenter/equipment operator. From 1990-1992, Steve built custom homes in Maryland and West Virginia with his two brothers. In 1991 he started his career in law enforcement, working construction part-time for the next fourteen years. At the culmination of his law enforcement career, Steve held the supervisory/ administrative rank of Detective Lieutenant and was the officer in charge of the Criminal Investigations Division. In 2005, he obtained his West Virginia Contractors license and in 2009, he obtained a Maryland Contractors license as well.
